RETURNS & EXCHANGES OVERVIEW

We pride ourselves on making the highest quality handcrafted jewelry. Although many rave about our jewelry it may not be for everyone, so please be mindful before placing an order since we only offer store credit. If for some reason you or the recipient are unhappy with the purchased item, and wish to exchange it for another, please contact us within 7 days from the purchase date for a return authorization code. This ensures faster processing so we can make the proper arrangements.

SECTION 1 – EXCHANGING ITEM

Piece must arrive in its complete packing and in original condition, unworn and/or undamaged. Merchandise must be shipped back prepaid and insured to brookecorson.com. Make sure when shipping merchandise back you have it properly insured for the full value. We can not guarantee that we will receive your item for exchange. The store credit will not include original shipping charges.

SECTION 2 – SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders may not be canceled or exchanged. We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for written confirmation indicating your commitment of the final sale.

SECTION 3 – REPAIRS 

Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for. We will happily repair defective item within 6 months of purchase but we open-minded and look at each case individually.

SECTION 4 – CARING  

Please take into consideration that the pieces are delicate and when pulled, caught and yanked will stretch chain or eventually break. Blacken sterling silver pieces will eventually lighten. Soft stones can chip and/or scratch. Although diamond maybe forever, jewelry is not and can often show wear and tear. In order to avoid knots in chains try hanging or when putting in pouch have clasp hanging out a little.

SECTION 5 – GIFT GIVING & RECEIVING

When purchasing an item as gift, during check out under comments specify which item you’d like to be wrapped. If purchasing multiple gifts and which to ship to different locations, please email us so we can help process the order correctly. Give us 2-3 days to respond.

Anyone lucky enough to receive a Brooke Corson piece of jewelry, will have it arrive it our signature packaging. Packaging my vary but its always special. If for some reason you’d prefer a different item please follow the exchange policy explained above. To help with processing give us the person’s name who gifted the piece to you.
